Troubleshooting

Aircraft

Both the wide angle camera and the medium telephoto camera support vertical shooting (9:16) and the maximum shooting specification is 2.7K/60fps.

Yes, it does.

No, it does not.

Specta Air supports all QuickShots modes except Asteroid.

Both the wide-angle camera and the medium-tele camera support 10-bit D-Log M and 10-bit HLG video recording. The 10-bit D-Log M mode allows for more flexible color grading in post-production, and the 10-bit HLG mode allows for higher dynamic range previews (requires equipment that supports HDR display).

Video Transmission

The video transmission system uses a new hardware solution. The aircraft antenna system uses six antennas and a new frequency band* has been added. Not only can it transmit HD video at a maximum range of 20 kilometers**, but it also enhances anti-interference capability, further improving transmission stability in complex environments such as cities. The remote control also supports live streaming up to 1080p/60fps, with a higher frame rate for a smoother viewing experience.

** Use only in countries and regions where local laws and regulations permit.

** Measured in an open, undisturbed outdoor environment in accordance with FCC standards. The above data indicates the maximum communication distance for a one-way, non-return flight. Be sure to check the warnings in the application during flight.

Different environments have different levels of wireless interference, and the maximum transmission distance will vary.

Clear:

Strong interference: Urban areas, about 1.5-4 km

Moderate interference: Suburban areas, about 4-10 km

Low interference: Suburban/coastal areas, approx. 10-20 km

Obstructed:

Low interference and obstructed by buildings: approx. 0-0.5 km

Low interference and obstructed by trees: Approx. 0.5-3 km

Data tested in accordance with FCC standards in an obstructed or unobstructed environment with typical interference. Used for reference only and does not guarantee actual range.

Obstacle Sensing

Yes, it does.

Firmware Update

Simply follow the remote control's firmware update instructions

Accessories

Approximately 80 minutes when charging with the USB-C charging cable connected to the 65W Portable Charger.

Yes, but to ensure charging efficiency, we recommend using the 65W Portable Charger or other 60W or higher chargers that support the PD protocol.

Yes, you can.
